Selecting a material is a complex issue, which is why our recommendations are based on our extensive and long-standing experience, as well as on the results of tests on the use of various materials in a wide variety of conditions.

Compressor Technologies offers the manufacture of products from the following materials::

The properties of a material depend on aspects such as (chemical) composition, mechanical properties and heat treatment. A material certificate can be provided for each batch upon request.

Casting of internal sealing elements of valves from polymeric materials and composites based on them

Compressor Technologies has implemented a model for the complete life cycle of production of valve sealing elements at one enterprise, from the development of molds to the casting of finished products on an injection molding machine (IMM).

Our in-house development of molds and injection molding machines allows us to fulfill customer requests in the shortest possible time, and high precision and repeatability of casting minimizes waste of expensive material.
