All machines from our production have Renishaw or Blum tool reference and part measurement sensors, ensuring high precision processing of stainless, heat-resistant, non-ferrous steels and alloys, as well as graphite, glass and various composite materials. In production preparation, end-to-end design from design to technological documents and control programs is provided by efficient CAD/CAM and PDM systems.
For each CNC machine, we have created a digital kinematic model, which ensures fast and safe verification of machining programs. Tools and equipment are entered into technological databases for the preparation of setup charts and the best interaction between production units. For serial products, technological processes are prepared, including group ones. The company has implemented an in-house system of route and execution sheets, integrated into the enterprise management system. All these processes are carefully designed to ensure quality, the environment and responsible working conditions throughout the entire process, from order acceptance to after-sales service. Highly qualified staff ensures continuity.
Our products are manufactured using our own technology, developed internal corporate standards and meet the requirements of industrial quality standards, manufactured in full compliance with drawings and material requirements.
